How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule your appointment by phone, in person or online. Reservations for your appointment are held with a credit card or a gift certificate.

Should I make an appointment before coming to the nail studio?

Yes, we highly recommend that you make an appointment before coming to the studio. Making a prior appointment means that we will be able to prepare for your service. While we do accept walk-in customers, booking an appointment will guarantee your time slot.

I won’t be able to make my appointment. What should I do?

Sometimes you may not be able to keep your appointment. In such cases, we request that you inform us at least 5 hours in advance about your inability to attend to avoid being charged. This will help us to assign your time slot to another customer. You can call us (781-417-7119) or send an email (email) to inform us about your absence.

What is Rouge’s cancellation policy, and why do I need to have a credit card on file?

Providing outstanding service is the core of our business and also being courtesy to our technicians and customers. Because your services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 5 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without a 5 hour notice, we will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the late cancelled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.” We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment to select your colors so you can relax and enjoy your full service. If you are running a few minutes late, we will try our very best to honor your appointment. If you are excessively late, 15 minutes or more please be aware that we will have to reschedule your appointment. Your appointment will be charged a “no show”.

Do you accept gratuity on credit cards?

Unfortunately gratuities cannot be added on credit card payments. Gratuities are accepted in cash and Venmo. We apologize for the inconvenience. Gratuities are greatly appreciated. It’s a great way to support and appreciate your technicians.

What line of colors do you carry?

We carry a wide variety such as OPI, Dazzle Dry, Zoya, Luxio, Cr8ation, Bio Seaweed, The Gel Bottle Inc. We seek to carry most of our polishes that are VEGAN, CRUELTY FREE and NON-TOXIC (products that don’t contain formaldehyde, Dibutyl phthalate, toluene, formaldehyde resin or camphor).

Do you do acrylics?

No, we do not offer acrylic enhancements or hard gels services. We do offer other alternatives such as dip powder and gel extensions that are healthier for your nails, no dust, no odor, and no damage to your nails.

Sunday 10-4

Is there parking?

Street parking or the public lot is available, a 2 minute walk around the corner at High and Eastern Street.

Do you have gift certificates?

Gift certificates are available for any amount and are redeemable for Rouge services and products. You can purchase an instant gift certificate online or feel free to stop by our studio.
